Diptic was designed to help you create fun and beautiful photo collages and compositions ("diptics"). We believe the diptics you create belong to you and should stay yours.

What Information Diptic Accesses

Diptic may request access to:

• Your photo library
• Your camera
• Your device storage

These permissions are used only so the app can function as intended. For example:

• Selecting photos to include in a diptic
• Taking a photo directly within the app
• Saving finished diptics back to your device

What Diptic Is Designed Not To Do

Diptic is not designed to:

• Track you across apps or websites
• Collect or analyze the contents of your personal photos
• Quietly upload your photos or diptics to remote servers
• Store copies of your photos or diptics remotely
• Sell or share your data

Your photos and diptics remain stored on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

Sharing

Diptic includes features that allow you to share diptics using services and apps available on your device, such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, and social media platforms.

When you choose to share a diptic:

• The diptic is sent directly to the destination or service you select
• The creators of Diptic are not recipients of those images
• Your shared content remains under your control

Your diptics are yours and yours alone.

Data Collection

Diptic does not require you to create an account.

Diptic is not designed or functionally able to collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Location
• Contacts
